How do I seek freedom from pornography?
The harder you seek, the more distance
you create between freedom and you.
So what do I do about the distance?
You understand that it isn’t there.
Does that mean I and freedom are one?
Not one. Not two.
What does that mean?
“The sun and its light, the ocean and the
wave, the singer and his song—not one.
Not Two” (De Mello, 1987, p. 33).
You focus on freedom and sing your song.

Thanks for this post. Being married to a recovering addict who’s under the GreatnessAhead program, I could so relate your posts. I know that with my full support and love, as well as his determination, we can fight porn for good.
Thank you, Leigh. Your husband having your support is very fortunate. My wife has supported me and makes my challenges purposeful!
