looking at women as sexual objects.

Recording the human trafficking incidents began in 2008. Between January 2008 and June 2010, Federal task forces investigated 2,515 suspected incidents of human trafficking of which 2,012 cases were classified sex trafficking leading to 144 arrests (Banks & Kyckelhahn, 2011). The difficulty in catching the perpetrators is blatantly real.
While the criminal element of society sells these children into prostitution, the porn industry sells children’s images to law abiding citizens.
The reality is that pornography is abuse and, many times, a crime of human trafficking.

From 2008 – 2010, 82% of reported human trafficking cases were sex trafficking incidents. More than 1,000 incidents were prostitution or sexual exploitation of a child (2011).

Personally I think you’re right. If you sit back and think about the big picture it is alarming. However porn is a multi billion $/£ industry and there is a massive gap in education for kids on it because “you shouldn’t talk about it”….yet not talking about it just propagates the issue. In the UK at least it’s one of those stiff upper lip things that people don’t feel like they need to acknowledge. If a big change isn’t made to the education I feel it will only get worse in the future.
You are so correct! Stealing young girls from society, the pornography industry must be uncovered to what it really is. Community awareness begins at school and in the homes; perhaps, public announcements could warn of the criminal activities. Here is a video of an ex-porn star speaking to high school students about the porn industry, human trafficking, prostitution, and girls used in pornography. How to Stop Pornography Addiction
