You don’t realize it yet, but in the next 2 minutes you’ll discover how to overcome addiction.
You’ll have the hope of an exciting life free from pornography. It begins with the following thought.
To have clarity about what you want, you make decisions that are in your best interest.
If you don’t know what it is you want, pornography will do, or any disempowering activity will do.
Anything that feels good will suffice.
Note: it’s okay to feel good. It’s absolutely what you want.
In order to keep the good feelings, you just need to seek virtue.
Joy empowers you; the inner and outer strength to overcome porn.
Get alone, where you won’t be distracted. Make a list of the joyful activities you have done in your life that caused you to have total enthusiasm.

Make a List of the Things That You Liked Doing Most; and The Thing That You’ve Always Wanted to Be!
- Starting at elementary; Write your thoughts; do you remember?
- Going through high school; what did you enjoy the most?
- Entering college; Why did you take this route?
- Working a job; Are you working a career of your choice?
- Your personal life; What do you love doing most?
You write down what caused you to have the most excitement and enthusiasm in each step.
Use one or two keywords to describe the activities. You don’t need to write a book; you want to resurface enthusiasm back into your life. Enthusiasm becomes a better choice than porn.
Do exercise as quickly as you can; you may revisit as often as you need to restore enthusiasm. Do not give up on what makes you happy.
Write on a 3×5 card the one thing that gives the most enthusiasm for that day.
For the next 30 days, read what you wrote on the 3×5 card–no less than 21 times.
Do 21 times for the next 30 days–21 times for each of two months.
You’ll begin to see a pattern on what motivates you most. Use this empowerment to block porn.
Secret: Your gift reveals itself in what gives you the greatest joy.
You just focus on what comes natural to you; then, you search out ways to apply your talent–personal or vocational.
In doing so, you gain the strength to resists porn.
Comparing the pain of pornography to the pleasure from your gift, the pain motivates you to take action and change.
You decide what to do.
